How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Most custom orders are handcrafted and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. This includes production time and secure express shipping to ensure your sign arrives in perfect condition.
Are your neon signs energy efficient and safe?
Yes, our signs use advanced LED flex technology. They consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon, remain cool to the touch, and are shatter-resistant.
What is included in the box with my neon sign?
Each Saturday Neon sign comes with a power adapter, a remote control for dimming and effects, and a complete wall mounting kit for easy installation.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs, covering any electrical defects or malfunctions that occur during normal use.
What is your return policy for custom designs?
Because custom signs are made-to-order based on your specific design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
Can I use my Saturday Neon sign outdoors?
